Try also downloading the latest Instrument-3d file from Syd Adam's hangar. This may help in areas.

However, I have been testing the Cit. series for awhile now and there are many problems with them. For example, the Cit. Bravo and X AP doesn't work well. ALT hold, Heading works fine, however using FMS doesn't. I asked some people over the IRC channel to take a look into it too, and they don't really know whats going on. Seems as though the FMS is broken and doesn't appear correct on the PFD.

One easy fix would to go into the Cit. directory and change the AP back to the default, in others words getting rid of the flight director. When I have time, I will try to fix it.
